In contrast to the acquisition of a mortgage claim, here theacquisition of property takes place directly. The statutory property transfer tax is therefore due immediately upon purchase. We then take over the entire project management - from any necessary evacuation to handing over the keys to organizational support. The property can then be rented out, used yourself or sold on at a profit.
